AOR are excited to announce the up and coming launch of AOR Service NSW! The Service Centre will be up and running from March 2019, undertaking all types of service and warranty work including:
- 2k, 10k and 20k service
- Pre and post trip services
- Equipment upgrades
- Warranty repairs
- Storage of AOR trailers
AOR Service NSW can manage all maintenance of your AOR trailer including storage if require, equipped to maintain your asset at its highest value. All you have to do is `hook up your tow vehicle’ and hit the road! Safe with the knowledge your AOR is well maintained, reliable and ready to travel.
AOR Service NSW location: West Gosford, NSW 2250.
Joanne and Des Hayes, owners of a Matrix Pop Top, will be managing AOR Service NSW.
They also own Quality Off Road (QOR), Baby Boomers Caravan Hire (BBCH) and AustralianShareRV (ASRV).
As part of supplying RV’s for hire, during the past 10yrs they have developed management expertise and support services in maintaining RV’s at their highest levels of quality for, service and asset retention. Testament to their commitment to excellence and customer focus, they won the NSW Caravan Camping Industry Association – Best Hire Company for NSW in 2015, 2016 and 2017 and were inducted into the CCIA Hall of Fame at the 2017 CCIA Awards for Excellence.
These same management principles and support services will be practiced by AOR Service NSW in the provision of services to ensure a trouble free and enjoyable experience for AOR customers. Joanne and Des were delighted to be offered the opportunity to start up AOR Service NSW. They have a passion for Outback touring and are owners of Matrix Pop Top #261 which they tow with a LC200.
